About us

JUDr. Peter Martinkovič, LL.M.

Peter graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava (2015) Faculty of Law of Loránd Eötvös University in Budapest (ELTE), where he received a degree in “European human rights”. During his studies, he demonstrated his knowledge of legal English by obtaining the Cambridge International Legal English Certificate. In 2014 he studied for one semester at the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki.
Already during his studies he completed an internship in the Office of the Public Defender of Rights and worked as a legal assistant in a leading law firm.
Since 2015 he has been working mainly in criminal law and civil law. Already as a junior associate, he cooperated in the defense of many clients accused of serious crimes and also participated in the representation of several public figures and cases.
In 2020 he passed the bar exam cum laude.
In 2021 he founded his own law firm and became a member of the European Criminal Bar Association.
In 2022, he opened his Bratislava law office subsidiary in Nové Zámky.

Peter provides legal advice in Slovak, English and Hungarian.
