Civil law is a broad area of the law, so the services featured are only a glimpse into our day-to-day non-criminal agenda. However, life brings all sorts of situations, some of which are legally rare, even exceptional, such as issues of liens, or proceedings for the redemption of deeds, or the judicial recovery of a gift. Our law firm has provided such services in the past.
As part of our daily agenda, we deal with:
- disputes over the fulfilment of various kinds of obligations, and disputes over the determination of whether or not there is a right,
- restriction of legal capacity,
- preparation of contracts and agreements (purchase contract, lease contract, gift contract, work contract, easement contract, loan contract, transport contract) as well as non-standard contracts expressly according to the client's requirements,
- debt recovery (comprehensive service including court, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings),
- real estate transfers (comprehensive service in the preparation of contracts, including cadastral proceedings), we provide authorization of contracts, whereby the entire process of transfer of real estate can be handled in our office without the need to verify signatures on contracts at a notary in an accelerated basic period of 20 days for a reduced administrative fee,

- compensation proceedings (claiming damages in court)
- representation in specific proceedings for compensation for damage caused by the State in the exercise of public authority (e.g. persons who have been acquitted of charges, unlawful detention, etc.),

- representation of both obligors and beneficiaries in enforcement proceedings, representation of third parties in the protection of their rights prior to the enforcement of the obligor's execution (so called extinction actions), etc.,
